Who You Are:
We are seeking experienced Digital Strategists with a passion for driving growth and achieving results through search or social advertising. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in either Search or Social ads management, with a proven track record of managing budgets exceeding $10,000 per month. As a client-facing member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering actionable insights that drive measurable outcomes. What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients, with a focus on search or social advertising.
- Manage advertising budgets exceeding $10,000 per month across multiple platforms, optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve client objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, audience insights, and industry trends.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact and providing regular updates, reports, and strategic guidance.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and account management, to ensure seamless execution and alignment with client goals.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in digital marketing, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
- Work as primary ads buyer for 10-15 clients.
- Translate client briefs into actionable digital campaigns.
What You Have:
- Previous experience at a digital or marketing agency, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of processes and implementation of SOPs.
- 2+ years of creating/managing Google Search Ad Campaigns.
- 2+ years of creating/managing Meta Ad Campaigns.
- Familiarity with Performance Max, Search, and DSA campaigns.
- Familiarity with Facebook catalog, campaign optimization, and the latest post-IOS digital ad strategies.
- Experience with Google Analytics (G4), Google Merchant Center, and Google Tag Manager Implementations.
- Strong analytical skills, especially in data analysis at high speed.
- Excellent organizational skills, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Work experience with clients in multiple subject verticals.
- Experience working on agency teams with complex marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of paid digital platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated in a remote work capacity.
- Able to manage client relationships.
