SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

We strive to help our clients find their unique voice and tell their story. We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to help keep our team, our clients, and our assets organized.
Who You Are:
We are seeking experienced marketing professionals with the ability to keep others organized while being personable and all-around awesome. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of social media and marketing experience. As a part of our working team, you will be responsible for transferring our clients’ vision and our strategy to their social media channels to connect with their audience.
What You’ll Do:
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and understanding of our clients’ objectives and marketing needs.
- Generate platform-specific social media content calendars and feed designs.
- Brainstorm and collaborate with other team members and departments to build new social media-specific campaigns.
- Strategize with the Creative team for photo and video shoots.
- Manage all day-to-day initiatives across clients’ social media platforms and execute the social media strategy.
- Schedule social media content using native applications and/or social media management software as required.
- Report on social media account performance for all clients and present recommendations internally based on those findings.
- Identify top-performing hashtags and apply best practices for each client.
- Manage community engagement and digital interactions as needed.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ industries, business, and operations to create accurate social media content.
What You Have:
- A passion for digital media and staying up to date with industry trends.
- Previous experience using or working with social media.
- Previous experience at a marketing agency or in a similar role is an asset.
- Experience with social media strategy and management.
- Excellent organizational skills, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Work experience with clients in multiple subject verticals.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated in a remote work capacity.
- Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
