We strive to help our clients find their unique voice and tell their story. We are looking for a Project Manager to help keep our team, our clients, and our assets organized.

Who You Are:

We are seeking experienced marketing professionals with the ability to keep others organized while being personable and all-around awesome. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2–3 years of marketing and project management experience. As a client-facing member of our team, you will be responsible for translating our clients’ goals and objectives into actionable items, building strong client relationships, and ensuring our projects meet desired timelines and results. If you are a strategic thinker with a keen analytical mind and a passion for working with people, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and understanding of our clients’ objectives and marketing needs.
  • Manage ongoing and active project portfolios for clients and ensure major project deliverables are completed on time and to client expectations.
  • Improve systems and processes to ensure staff follow workflows that lead to success.
  • Ensure team members have the supplies and resources necessary to complete tasks on time.
  • Develop timelines, create schedules, and oversee project progress to ensure goals are met on time. Prepare and update status reports for clients.
  • Lead strategic, content, and creative briefs to ensure deliverables meet content and visual strategy requirements.
  • Act as a client advocate, ensuring that the team executes the strategic and creative vision with integrity to client brand parameters and in alignment with KPIs.
  • Provide ongoing updates on projects and account status to the CEO and other senior leaders.

What You Have:

  • Previous experience in a project management role.
  • Previous experience at a marketing agency or in a similar role is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of processes and implementation of SOPs.
  • Experience with social media strategy and management.
  • Familiarity with digital ad management.
  • Experience leading content creation initiatives and coordinating assets and information for both clients and team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Work experience with clients in multiple subject verticals.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated in a remote work capacity.
  • Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
